Cancellation policy

Please be aware that your appointment time is time that is set aside just for you.  Missed appointments and late cancellations affect both the time of your therapist and those who could have used your appointment time for their own care.   Missed appointments and/or appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled time will be charged to you at a fee of $25.00.     Please note that these charges are not eligible for reimbursement through private insurance.
